On June 11, 1993, Ford Explorers 04 and 05 were transporting visitors near the T-rex enclosure when the park's power was cut. At the very beginning of the incident on Isla Nublar, Explorer 04 was destroyed by the T-Rex, pushed into the void by it, to remain caught in a tree and finally crash to the ground.
