His feet are bare, with a layer of blood on the bottom. His face is partially covered by a white clown mask with purple hair sticking out from the back of his head. His fleshy, toothy grin glints beneath his large red nose. Butcho stands ready with his flesh-pointed arms spread wide. The glass-fronted display box has been illustrated to show an amusement park at dusk with pools of blood on the ground. The inside of the box features the Dead Island 2 logo on a gradient colored background. The protective sleeve shows a sunset from above the Hollywood sign, with the ocean stretching into the distance.
