Appearing in 1964 in Tales of Suspense #52, Black Widow was presented as a Russian spy, antagonist of the superhero Iron Man. She then defected to the United States, becoming an agent of SHIELD and a member of the Avengers.

This Pop! depicts Black Widow in her original light blue costume, which, to be fair, is a lot flashier than the one she wears today. I mean, look at those glasses!
