Billy Butcher slashes his way into Youtooz with what can only be described as a blatant disregard for human safety! Standing 4.6 inches tall, he grasps the unassuming weapon of mass destruction, the white-clad laser baby, in two outstretched hands, threatening a smoking death to anyone who crosses his path. His messy black hair is sculpted back, and a tense grimace crosses his ruggedly bearded face as he assesses the situation. Always laid-back but ready for a fight, he wears a long, flowing black trench coat over a gray and white Hawaiian shirt with a palm tree print, and black pants tucked into combat boots. The exterior of his packaging shows Billy making full use of the laser baby as he fights his way through a hospital nursery. While the interior surrounds him with a white brick wall covered in graffiti, this continues on the protective sleeve, with the wall splattered with blood and printed with "The Boys" logo on the back.
