Billy Butcher is blasting his way into Youtooz with what can only be described as blatant disregard for human safety! Standing at 4.6 inches tall, he grasps the unassuming weapon of mass destruction, the white-clad baby laser, in two outstretched hands threatening a smoking death to anyone who passes him. His messy black hair is sculpted back while a tense grimace crosses his sturdy bearded face as he assesses the situation. Always casual but ready for a punch, he wears a long flowing black trench coat over a gray and white palm tree patterned Hawaiian shirt with black pants tucked into combat boots. The exterior of his package sees Billy in full use the laser baby as he fights his way through a hospital nursery. While the interior surrounds it with a white brick wall scrawled with graffiti, this then continues onto the slipcover with the wall splattered in blood and printed with "The Boys" logo on the back.
